Over the course of four sessions, we’ll align your hopes and dreams with real feasibility and clearly communicated intentions. In just four sessions, delivered in as little as one month, we’ll transform your ideas into a detailed strategic and creative vision, ready to guide your design and building team.
Session 1: Discovery
We begin by exploring your hopes and dreams for the project—the ideal size, style, and cost you envision—while also understanding the unique parameters of your site.
Session 2: Input
Next, we take your hopes and dreams and apply real, industry-based statistics to test their viability. This includes evaluating the timeline, size, extent of works, and predicted costs to give you a realistic picture.
Session 3: Direct
Is the anticipated cost and timeline as you expected? It’s common for projects to exceed initial expectations, but don’t stress. We’ll refine and realign your project’s direction, balancing your time, budget, and energy with a feasible and successful outcome.
Session 4: Project Scope
Vague intentions lead to vague outcomes, but that won’t be your story. In this final session, we prepare a detailed Project Scope Document that clearly conveys both the strategic and creative direction of your project.
